If we are allowed to use the “Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS), you will need to register the following personal information in advance through the Okinawa Karate World Tournament Executive Committee to Japan’s “Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS)”. Please as the representative kindly prepare the participant’s following information to present.

(1) Applicant‘s Full name (as shown in passport)

(2) Nationality: Country Codes on passport (Alphabet Capital 3 Letters)

(3) Date of birth

(4) Sex

(5) Passport/ ID No (as shown in passport)

(6) Date of arrival in Japan

(7) Applicant‘s e-mail address

(8) Names of hotels or persons with whom applicant intends to stay

(9) Addresses of hotels or persons with whom applicant intends to stay

(10)Relationship with competitor

The personal information must be registered in the “Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS)”.

The representative of group must fill in the personal information in the Excel file below and submit it to the support team by e-mail.

After the personal information has been registered and has been acquired a Certificate for Completion of Registration in the “Entrants, Returnees Follow-up System (ERFS)”, and the Support Team will send the certificate by e-mail to the representative of group the foreign national scheduled to newly enter Japan.
