The Okinawa Karate World Tournament 2022 will be held from Monday, August 1st, and the organizing committee has decided to take the following measures to counter the rapid spread of the novel coronavirus infection.

-The maximum number of participants at each venue (Okinawa Prefectural Budokan and Okinawa Karate Kaikan) will be limited to 70% of the maximum capacity.

-Contestants will be required to undergo a qualitative antigen test and confirm negative results before participating.
