【Okinawa Karate World Tournament 2022】REGARDING THE VERIFICATION OF COVID-19 CREDENTIALS BEFORE ENTERING
Please bring one of the following certificates (Vaccination certificate or certificate of negative test result) and Health Check Sheet when you enter the venue as competitor. The staff will check your certificates at the testing booth (competitor reception①) at the tournament venue.
【１】ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CERTIFICATES （Only competitor）
- Vaccination certificate: A certificate that 2 weeks have passed since the completion of the 3 doses.

Negative PCR test / Quantitative antigen test certificate: Sample collected within 3 days prior to entry.
* This is a self-pay testing at the testing facility. - Certificate of negative quantitative antigen test : Sample collected within 1 day prior to admission
※Please take a picture of the test result within 15 to 30 minutes after the inspection with your smartphone or other device, then bring the used test kit to the venue. We will collect it.
※If your test result positive, you will not be allowed to enter the venue, so please refrain from visiting.
*Copies, photos, display of smartphone screens and Email notification of test results from the testing facilities are acceptable.
【２】If you do not have any of above certificates, you must take the qualitative antigen test
at the testing booth at the tournament venue. （Only competitor）
- Distribution of qualitative antigen test kit (free of charge): Test kit will be distributed at the competitor registration.

*We recommend that you have the testing done in advance, as it is expected to be very crowded on the day.

【３】Submission of Health Check Sheet.
- Health check sheets will be distributed at the competitor registration day.
You can also download it from the Tournament website in advance. If you forget to bring it, you can also get it at the testing booth (competitor reception①) on the day of the tournament.
※Coach and visitors do not need to submit a certificate【1】. Please submit only the Health Check Sheet of【3】.
