1. Please check the seminar(s) you will be attending in advance. (Seminar class, time, place, etc.)

2. To enter the venue, you need to show a negative result of Antigen Qualitative Test within 24 hours.

*Qualitative antigen test kit (free of charge) will be distributed at the time competitor registration. Also, during our tournament, it will be distributed at the Temporary Inspection Booth in Okinawa Prefectural Budokan/Okinawa Karate Kaikan.

*If you cannot pick the test kit up at the venue in advance, you must take the test at the Temporary Inspection Booth at the venue on the day of seminar. （The Temporary Inspection Booth begins at 8:00am.）

* It will take 15 to 20 minutes after the inspection to get the test result.

* We strongly recommend that you have the testing done in advance at the home / accommodation, as it is expected to be very crowded on the day.

3. Please come to the venue in time for the reception start time of each seminar.

4. You do not need to show any ID. We will confirm your name at the reception.

5. Others

* If you wish to rent weapons and etc. at the seminar, please contact us in advance.

* If you are attending multiple seminars and need to move between venues, you can also use the shuttle bus between at Okinawa Prefectural Budokan and Okinawa Karate Kaikan.
