Due to Border measures to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) of Japanese government, as visa exemption measures with all country are temporarily suspended.
Therefore every foreign nationals who newly entering Japan need to obtain VISA.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but for your VISA application, please enter the necessary information to Required information for ERFS（Excel）, Itinerary in Japan(Excel) and send it by email to the Okinawa Karate World Tournament Support Team (karate2022@okw.jtb.jp).
In the Itinerary Please specify the date of arrival and departure, intended flights number and airports.
Also if your arriving / departure flight number is not same for all of you, we need Itinerary for each flight schedule.
The schedule of stay needs to be written for each day. If an activity continues on consecutive
days, the format “(date) – (date)” is acceptable.
*Please attach the photo page of passport for all members, it will be helpful to proceed it.
After that, we will reply to you with a certificate for completion of Registration (PDF) and an Invitation letter (PDF). Please kindly note that it will take about several days to issue. After receiving these documents from us, please apply VISA to japan for Temporary Visitor visa (to stay in Japan for up to 90 days) Purpose of Visit for “Short-term business affairs, etc.” [Participation in meetings, cultural exchange, sports exchange, etc.] to Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country.
