Before clicking the “Confirm Payment Method” button, please check whether pop-ups are allowed in your browser settings.
If pop-ups are not allowed (blocked), the “Payment Reception Number” will not be displayed, and payment cannot be completed.

A: It may take some time for the payment to be reflected in the system. Please wait a little while.

A: The secretariat can delete accounts. Please inform us of the account ID(s) you wish to delete.

A: Since the application forms are different, please register separately for each. The same ID and password cannot be used.

A: It is possible to pay the participation fees for multiple participants in a single transaction. Please enter the names of all participants in the accompanying persons section and complete their event registration. The total payment amount will be displayed, allowing you to proceed with selecting your preferred payment method.

"A: Please enter names in the “Name (Kanji)” field using the Roman alphabet. If the middle name is part of the given name, enter it in the “Given Name” field after the first name, separated by a space. If the middle name is part of the family name, enter it in the “Family Name” field."

A: Yes. As long as the karate dojo has roots in Okinawa, applications are accepted even if it is not affiliated with an Okinawan karate organization. However, applicants must provide information such as the organization name, dojo head (instructor), and karate style at the time of application.

A: Each performance has a limit on the number of participants. The exact number will be decided by the Demonstration Committee after the application deadline. As a general guideline: ・A total of approximately 40–50 participants per kata ・Depending on movement and space requirements, the total number may be around 30 participants ・If multiple schools or dojos apply for the same performance, participants may be selected from each schools, dojos, etc. to avoid imbalance

A: Each person may enter up to a maximum of three performances. Please complete the required information on the application form and submit it. Due to participant limits and selection for each performance, it is not guaranteed that all applied performances can be performed.

A: Participation is not guaranteed even after submitting an application. After the deadline, selections will be made by the relevant committee, taking into account participant limits, fairness, and compatibility with the event theme. The results will be notified later by the secretariat. Please note that not all applicants will be able to participate. (Related Q&A: No. 3)

A: For the second part of the Demonstration, you must specify your desired kata at the time of application. Based on the submitted information, selections will be made by the Demonstration Committee. Please select “[Part 2] Demonstration of Karate and Kobudo Spread Worldwide”in the “Demonstration Category” section of the application form, and enter your desired kata in the designated field.

A: The representative refers to a guardian or related person aged 18 or older.
The accompanying person refers to a participant.

A: Please register the child participant’s information under the accompanying person section.

A: The qualifying rounds for this tournament are limited to participants residing in Okinawa Prefecture. Participants residing outside Okinawa Main Island (including islands connected to the main island by bridges) at the time of application will start from the main round.

A: Those residing on Okinawa Main Island (including islands connected to the main island by bridges), including foreign nationals, at the time of application will participate in the local qualifying rounds in Okinawa Prefecture.

A: The participant is not required to be present at the time of registration. Bib numbers and ID card exchange vouchers will be sent by mail ahead of registration. Using the exchange voucher, a representative or proxy can complete the registration process on behalf of the participant.

A: There is no unified size chart prepared for the Tournament belts, but the following sizes are available. Belt sizes range from 190 cm to 290 cm, increasing in 10 cm increments. [190 cm / 200 cm / 210 cm / 220 cm / 230 cm / 240 cm / 250 cm / 260 cm / 270 cm / 280 cm / 290 cm]
