3. Instructors

The instructors shall be determined by the Executive Committee based on recommendations from the Okinawa Dento Karatedo Shinkokai.

4. Eligibility for Participation

(1) Participation shall be open to karate enthusiasts from both Japan and abroad.
(2) There shall be no restrictions regarding participants’ styles or schools, gender, or age.

5. Participation Fee

The participation fee shall be 5,000 yen per seminar. However, for participants under 15 years of age as of April 1, 2026, the fee shall be 2,000 yen. The participation fee includes accident insurance coverage.

6. Application Procedure

(1) Applicants shall select the desired seminar date and course when applying. Unless the seminars are held at the same time, applicants may apply for multiple seminars.
(2) In principle, those wishing to participate shall apply through the official website of the tournament indicated below. Applications shall be accepted upon receipt of the participation fee.

(3) The application deadline through the website shall be 23:59 (JST) on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
(4) No changes to participants shall be accepted after the deadline.
(5) In the event of cancellation after the deadline, the participation fee shall not be refunded.

7. Seminar Registration

Those who have applied for the seminar must complete registration and receive an ID card.

c. Documents to be Submitted:
　1. Confirmation Form (to be printed from the official website at the time of application)
　2. Identification Document (health insurance card, driver’s license, passport, etc.)
　*Passports are required for overseas participants.

8. Certificate of Completion

Participants of each seminar will be awarded a Certificate of Completion after the seminar.
